You may return the unused product within 30 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit for a future purchase, or refund in original form of payment for the purchase price of the merchandise LESS 5 % PROCESSING FEE. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day limit.
Items must be in new condition with tags and packaging in place. Used, abused, or broken after use items will not be accepted.
Arbitrage Tack does not accept returns for SALE, clearance, closeout, and custom ordered items or special orders. If an item breaks or becomes damaged during normal use because of a manufacturing defect, Arbitrage Tack will repair, replace, or refund purchase price of the returned product as dictated by the manufacturer’s warranty. Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded.ALL SADDLE, HELMET AND BIT purchases are FINAL and cannot be returned, no exceptions.
CONSIGNMENT ITEMS are purchased in “AS IS” condition and CANNOT be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.
We do not accept returns on horse treats, supplements, books, jewelry, videos, special orders and undergarments.
